Our team at Suburban Gastroenterology is ready to support you with all of your digestive needs. If you are scheduled for a consultation with one of our physicians, below is some important information.
- You may be asked to complete paperwork before your visit so the physician may have a complete health history before your visit. This ensures the physician is able to offer the best advice.
- If you need an interpreter, please inform the staff and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. Our practice uses BoostLingo services. BoostLingo offers more than 300 languages, including American Sign Language.
- If you are interested in a telehealth office visit, please contact our office. Please note we offer limited telehealth appointments.
If you are requesting a 2nd opinion, please be aware that not every request for a 2nd opinion can be addressed. Our goal is for patients to achieve the best possible outcome for their health. Our physicians will review your records to determine if they are able provide services or treatments that will help you achieve those outcomes.
Please call our office if you have any questions at 630-527-6450.

SGI Appointment Policy
At Suburban Gastroenterology, Ltd., we put our faith in you to keep your appointment. Many offices double book appointments to prevent from being financially damaged as a result of a missed appointment. We choose not to do this. We prefer to provide excellent care and individualized attention to each patient we care for, allotting designated time for each patient.
If for any reason you must cancel or change your Suburban Gastroenterology office appointment, it is important that you give our office at least two business days’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment date to allow us to offer the appointment to another patient. If you fail to do this, there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee applied.
We understand that true emergencies do occur. Under these circumstances a doctor’s note or other appropriate documentation will be considered to have the charge waived.
